This Month's Winning Tetley Moment(s):

In 1989 I met a woman who was to become a dear, dear friend. We worked together and we would have tea each day at morning break and again at lunch. So much information exchanged, feelings shared and friendship grown over all those cups of tea. Many years later my friend was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. When her illness made it impossible for us to any longer meet for tea each day, we would speak each evening on the tele over a cup of tea. My friend's been gone for more than five years now, but each evening I still have my cup of tea and remember my dear, dear friend.

I'm always on the go, doing things for other people, acting as a taxi driver, messenger and the like. A couple months ago, I began the ritual of treating myself to homemade spa treatments including foot baths, pedicure and a long warm bubblebath in my huge bath as a way to reward myself. I light candles which I place around my tub and put on my favorite jazz music. I use this time to soak and unwind and enjoy the fabulous flavors of Tetley. I love the Chai Spice, Mandarin Orange and Green Tea with Pomegrante. I've recently bought a tea chest to "house" my tea and am buying a different flavor of Tetley every couple of weeks when I do my shopping. I am looking forward to trying the new flavors Tetley will create next!

Being of Japanese descent, I grew up around green tea. Our home always had green tea or "ocha" as we call it every day. My family even ate green tea ice cream and other green tea snacks. Know that I am grown with a family of my own, when ever I want to feel like revisiting the past, I prepare a cup of Tetley Green Tea which always brings back all the fondest memories of my childhood when I sat around the kitchen with my parents. There were lots of fun times and deep conversations shared around green tea as we developed a stronger love for each other. Tetley Green Tea always takes be there!

My family and I have always enjoyed your Tea. I recently had an English Paper due and wrote a story titled COLD TEA. My story was concerning the movies we watch at our home and how I always make a fresh cup of hot tea to sit down with. Well to make a long story short, I always fall asleep during the movie and when I wakee up, I get to drink my tea, which is now cold. I aced my paper and continue to drink my Tea.. Thank You Tetley!!

Every month at my son's elementary school (Glen Loch Elementary, The Woodlands TX) several students are chosen to have lunch with their teachers. They are chosen on the basis of how they epitomize the word of the month (Honor, Trust, ect.) One month the catering company raised their prices and the lunch was to be cancelled. I offered to make the tea to get everything back on budget. I made two big containers. Both of the containers were gone at the end of the day. My wife later told me that everyone wanted my tea recipe and that they all kept coming back during the afternoon to fill their cups. The children also asked many times that day if they could have more tea. I told them I really did not have a special recipe, just a special tea-Tetley. I now make and donate the tea for all of these special lunches.

I am known for my Tetley tea drinking. Friends and family always make sure I have a fresh box of British Blend when I visit. This is because I put two bags in each cup and drink at least 10 cups of tea a day. They all say this is why I am so healthy since I have been drinking Tetley teas for at least 40 years. They are always praising my energy and the fact that I am 65 years young and have never had any health problems. I am a great promoter of tea drinking and as I said earlier everyone that knows me regards my energy and health to drinking Tetley tea. My Tetley moments go on all day and into the evening.

I come from a family of 5 brothers and 4 sisters, I remember when my mother use to make a big teapot of Tetley tea. She would boil the water in the huge teapot and have about 8 teabags hanging from the pot and whenever we wanted tea we use to just have to heat it up. I've been married for 25 years now and I still drink Tetley tea (all day and all night long). I drink about 12 cups of tea a day I take 2 thermos cups with me to work..even in the heat of the summer I drink tea, no matter how hot or cold it is outside, it just cools me down and makes my day.

Going fishing is something my father and I enjoy doing together. We tryto get out on the river most weekends. The night before we plan on fishing we call each other and argue about what the weather will be like. I hate to fishin the rain and Dad knows it. A few weeks back we saw ourselves out on theriver on a cold morning in a torrential downpour. I was grumpy and chilled tothe bone when my father opened his thermos and poured me a hot cup of TetleyPeppermint tea. It was delicious and served to thaw my insides. A thermos oftea is now part of my standard fishing tackle every time I go out fishing.

This winter driving around a local lake on my hour commute to work w/ my mug of hot Tetley tea. I would see the fishermen setting up for ice fishing in below zero temperatures as I drove by. I could sip my mug to warm me and energize me while I enjoy the sight. Come this spring I am going to leave early with my mug of Tetley and watch the sun rise over the lake before finishing the commute to work. I cannot think of a better way to enjoy the nippy spring morning.

I used to get up every morning, have a cup of coffee loaded with milk and sugar, and trudge off to work. I made a new years resolution this year to change my ways and learn some better habits! Every morning now I get up, drink a glass of water and do a 30 minute workout routine to get myself going. Afterward, I have a wonderfully invigorating cup of Tetley Orange Spice Tea. It's a wonderful way to start the morning, and even though it has a lot less caffeine, I now have a lot more energy every day, so I can't believe I didn't make this change sooner! Now that I have my Tetley tea morning routine established, I will never go back to coffee!!!
